The above will take place every 2nd and 4th Sunday form 10.30-12.00 at Wishaw sports centre.
This is open to all students from the central belt clubs.

The first class will start on Sunday 11th March 2012.

Please remember that squad training tomorrow is being held in Larkhall sport centre 11am-1pm (Broomhill Lodge, Larkhall ML9 1QP). This is the best way to improve your fitness and sparring techniques.
The squad training is for any TAGB licensed student. If you are going please bring plenty of water and your full sparring equipment.

Tickets for the annual awards/demo night go on sale next week priced £6
The hall is limited to approx 100 so tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis

Airdrie Workmans Club

There will be a demonstration from all students followed by a disco
The bar will be open as usual
Any raffle donations to be brought to the club prior to the event

The club will soon be purchasing 10 sets of different size sparring equipment.
This will allow students who do not have any to take part in both sparring and competitions
